About Our Infusion Kits

Where are we located?

We are located in the beautiful small town of Lewiston, Idaho.

What is an infusion cocktail kit?

Our infusions are FULL of flavor so you don't have to worry about the taste or having all the ingredients on hand. Once you pour your favorite spirit into one of our kits, the hard part is done. The flavors will mingle over the next few days and you'll have the base to make an amazing cocktail!

What type of spirit should I add?

We love to offer suggestions and will do so on our Recipe page and what flavor profile works best with each drink. We're not strict on the rules here though so use whatever you love! Vodka, Gin, Bourbon, Whiskey, Rum, Tequila, Wine and Champagne are all great options for our infusions. 

Which size of infusion is best? 

We offer 2 sizes. Our 16oz. infusion kit makes 8-10 cocktails, our 32oz. infusion kit makes approximately double that depending on how heavy you pour your shots (no judging here!).

 

Once infused, how long will my infusion last in the fridge?

Strain out all of the fruit before storing and your infusion will last up to 30 days. We recommend storing separate from your mixer and only combining when ready to serve. 

How long will my sealed infusion kit last before I need to infuse?

We recommend using within 1 year.

Can I make these Zero Proof and/or make mocktails?

Absolutely! Our kits can be used by adding boiling water to infuse the flavors instead of spirits. Then add our infusion to your tea, juice, etc. and make your favorite mocktail!

Can I use CBD oil with your infusion?

Yes, infuse first with boiling water to make your favorite mocktail and then add your CBD oil as desired.

Subscription Boxes

What comes with a subscription? 

Depending on which subscription plan you choose, you will either receive 1 infusion kit or 2 infusion kits. We will surprise you with a different flavor infusion each month depending on what's in season at the time. We promise it will be amazing.

When will I receive my subscription? 

All subscriptions will be packaged and shipped between the 10th and the 15th of every month. Changes may apply during holiday seasons so gifts arrive in time.

When do I need to place my order by?

Customers who sign up before the 10th will receive that month's subscription. If you sign up after the 10th you will receive the next month's subscription.

What is the benefit of a subscription?

Customers who have a subscription will receive limited edition and seasonal infusion kits first (and never experience FOMO). 

When will I be charged?

You will be charged at checkout as if you are purchasing any other product, and then you will be recharged on the 10th of the month.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Is it something we said? Of course you can cancel, please email online @infusebooze@gmail.com and one of our staff members will walk you through the process personally.

General

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. We accept exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email @infusebooze@gmail.com within 7 days of the order date. Please include a picture of the damaged item or incorrect item in your email. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out or a refund is granted.
