Strawberry Shrub Cocktail Infusion

Ingredients

Gin, Vodka or Tequila is recommended with this infusion. Lemonade or Sparkling Water of choice for a mixer. Balsamic Vinegar on rim of glass. Sliced Strawberry or Lemon for garnish.

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, add 1 shot of the Strawberry Shrub infusion with 3 oz. of lemonade or mixer of choice, add ice. Shake and strain out ice, pouring remaining liquid into a coupe cocktail glass with rim dipped in balsamic vinegar. Garnish with a sliced strawberry or lemon slice.

Zero Proof Recipe

Fill your infusion kit with boiling water and cool. Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Put a 1.5 oz. shot of the Strawberry Shrub infused with water into a glass with ice and fill to the top with lemonade or sparkling water.
